If they are chipped already with that great packaging that means they are going to ship very easily. I’m not looking forward to all of the scratches. These are going to have. It’s because the color does not go all the way through. It’s like it’s painted on or something.

Only giving three stars because the pans are light and great to clean but after only having for 10 days or less the paint in the bottom of the pans is starting to starch and peel off. I have cast iron grates which I am assuming most stoves are but didn’t seem like something that should be happening so soon.
I wash by hand so do not believe it’s be from harsh chemicals or whatever. Called Gotham and they didn’t offer any solutions besides contacting palletliquidationwarehouse and they wanted me to return them to order new ones but then I’d have no pans to cook with.
So I’m just dealing with them and guess I’ll look for another product when the time comes

It was beyond time to replace my scratched, hand-me-down set of cookware. I really wanted red but couldn’t find steel pans in red. I decided on this Gotham set, in cream, and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve been using them for almost 2 months and they look unused. I carefully read the directions and made some choices of my own for use. I washed before first use, buttered for first cooking, never slide the pots across the stove, and NEVER, EVER use metal utensils!! I cook oatmeal every morning, forgot to rinse the pot, and ran some errands. When I got home, of course, the oatmeal was stuck tight. Five minutes of soaking in hot water with a drop of Dawn and the pot came clean with no scrubbing. I’ve cooked fudge, eggs, meats, veggies, and nothing sticks or discolors the pans. I did have to learn to cook at a lower temp. I never use high heat and usually cook medium-low to medium-high. My pans are always hand washed. I never put pots or knives in the dishwasher.

I have bought pans in the past that are supposed to be made for no oil or butter but they still stain and burn and these do not I have seared sausage in them everything and they wipe clean they are super lightweight. Great inro to induction cooking. I goofed when I added my new stove. Induction only. But Amazon had the solution with this well priced package of pots and pans. They nest beautifully together to save space. The lids cover multiple pots and pans so it’s very efficient. Lids nest with with pans, so it’s a one drawer solution. I didn’t comment on the durability because I’ve only had them a month. They seem a little fragile but clean up as advertised and no nicks after a few weeks. I’ll return with pictures and update on durability. You may want to protect them with a package of pot protectors.
I didn’t give them a 5 star because it didn’t come with a big pot. That means I’ve yet to be able to use my biggst burner (if the pot/pan doesn’t fit the magnetic circle exactly it won’t heat it) That means boiling water takes longer than with traditional electric. I find that more the fault of the burner than this package. I wish they offered a matching large pot. It’s a wierd color so matching is tough
