These were definitely soft and easy to put together. However, the quality is lacking. I’ve had them for a month and they are falling apart a bit. Maybe it depends on the space you are using them in. In my opinion I think they are a bit expensive for the quality.

I really wanted a soft carpet like feel in my daughter’s playpen, but I didn’t want a rug that wouldn’t add much padding. These work exactly like I wanted them too. They don’t cover the entire playpen, but if I had just four more it would. Our playpen is a 50×50 inch for reference. It works out though because I put her toys on the side that isn’t covered by the carpet tiles. When the tiles are all connected, you can barely tell that they’re actually tiles! The edges that come with it also give it a very nice trim. I’m happy with my purchase!
